You should ensure that the object is authorized directly or indirectly and use of Bulletproof Mask services must understand and comply with this provision.
Account Setup / Email on File
Your account setup begins once we get your payment and make sure there's no fraud. When sharing your email, pick one that's not tied to the domains you're registering. The main email will be used for important messages or abuse matters. It's your job to keep your email updated. If you have a domain with Bulletproof Mask, make sure your contact info is correct; we won't be responsible if outdated details lead to registration issues. For checks or updates, contact our sales team via email. Giving fake info could result in account termination. If you're getting a dedicated server or it's a high-risk deal, we might need your ID or a credit card scan. Not following this could lead to rejecting the order due to fraud suspicions.
Transfers
You can enjoy free transfer services for 30 days from the day you sign up, but this offer is only valid if your previous hosting used cPanel. If your old hosting had a different control panel, there might be a migration fee. Any transfers after the initial 30 days will incur charges, so contact our transfers department for a price quote with specific details. Our transfers team will do their best to help you move your site, but it's important to know that transfers are provided as a courtesy service. We can't guarantee the availability, feasibility, or timeframe for completing an account transfer. Since each hosting company is set up differently, and some platforms may store data in incompatible formats, transferring account data could be challenging or even impossible. While we'll try our best to assist you, there might be cases where we can't support transferring data from your old host.

At Bulletproof Mask™, we highly value your privacy. Any information we collect will be securely stored and treated with the utmost confidentiality. The details you share will not, under any circumstances, be sold, reused, rented, loaned, distributed, or disclosed to any third party. Your information will be handled carefully and used only with your consent. We may use the information to stay in touch with you and keep you informed about developments related to our business. Therefore, it's essential for you to provide accurate information so that we can reach you for news, alerts, invoices, and other communications regarding your service. Importantly, we do not share any information with foreign authorities or agencies. While we aim to maintain an open-minded approach, there are a few simple rules that you, as a customer, are required to follow:
Child Pornography
Threatening, Racial, or otherwise Abusive content
Fraud, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing), Pyramid schemes, or any other activities
deemed to be fraudulent
DDoS/Flood attack sending traffic is against policies & law
Botnets/Virus/Malware/IRC or IRC Bots
Anything than can result in Spamhaus listing
Network Abuse / IP Spoofing
Terrorist Websites
Any other content not listed above is deemed as Allowed.
Backups and Data Loss
Your utilization of this service is entirely at your own risk. This service is offered to you as a courtesy. Bulletproof Mask does not assume responsibility for files and/or data stored in your account. By using this service, you agree to take full responsibility for the files and data transferred and to ensure the appropriate backup of files and data stored on Bulletproof Mask servers. You have the capability to generate your own backups through the cPanel interface.
Fair use Guidelines

Cancellations and Refunds
Bulletproof Mask retains the authority to cancel, suspend, or limit access to the account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for VPS, Dedicated Server, or any Reseller Hosting or Web Hosting services. There are no refunds for VPS, Dedicated Server, or any Reseller or Web Hosting without a valid reason.
Uptime Guarantee
If your shared/reseller server experiences a physical downtime that falls outside the 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for one month of credit on your account. The approval of the credit is subject to the discretion of Bulletproof Mask and relies on the justification provided. Third-party monitoring service reports are not acceptable for justification, considering factors such as the monitor's network capacity and transit availability. Server uptime is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web Server, which may vary from the uptime reported by individual services. To request a credit, please contact us with proper justification. All credit requests must be submitted in writing via email. It's important to note that uptime guarantees are applicable only to shared/reseller solutions.
